At Marsh & Co., every piece is crafted with care and inspected before it reaches you. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
* We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items delivered.
* To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
* You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp at [9284820392] or by email at [marshandco92@gmail.com].
* Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
Exchanges
* Exchanges are accepted only for size-related issues, provided the requested size is in stock.
* The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
* The product must be unused and in its original condition.
* Customers are responsible for the shipping charges during the exchange process.
Refunds
* Refunds are only provided for damaged or incorrect items if a replacement is not available.
* Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
* Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or through UPI/bank transfer within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
* Items purchased during sale or clearance, or marked as “non-returnable,” cannot be exchanged or returned.
* Minor variations in color or pattern may occur due to photographic lighting—these are not considered defects
